GENTLE FLY

Come relax, restore, and rejuvenate! This class is great for all levels, and is very gentle on the body. Some students are so relaxed in class they actually fall asleep! Suspending the body in a Fly Gym swing provides a unique advantage in rehabilitation, creating one of the most beneficial ways to use gravity to accelerate healing. This class is limited to 9 students, so be sure to save your spot early!

GENTLE FLY SESSIONS

Session 1 (September 15th - October 20th) 6 weeks - $48 Wednesdays, 5:15pm - 6:00pm (Kim)

Session 2 (October 27th - November 17th) 4 weeks - $32 Wednesdays, 5:15pm - 6:00pm (Kim)

Session 3 (December 1st - December 22nd) 4 weeks - $32 Wednesdays, 5:15pm - 6:00pm (Kim)


FLY GYM AERIAL FITNESS

Take your workout off the ground with Fly Gym Aerial Fitness! Fly Gym is a combination of aerial yoga, pilates, suspended resistance training, and aerial silks, all rolled into one for an amazing fitness experience! Sculpt your body in the air as you tone your muscles and increase flexibility. This class is limited to 9 students, so be sure to save your spot early!

Session 2 (November 7th - December 19th) 6 weeks - $48 Sundays, 9:30am - 10:30am (Kim)

FEET UP FITNESS

Come stretch, tone and invert in this one of a kind fitness class! Experience inversions without pressure on the head or neck. Enjoy a fully supported movement practice from the ground up. Please bring a yog mat and yoga block (if you have one). We supply the FeetUp Trainers! This class is limited to 8 students, so be sure to save your spot early!

ZUMBA!

Come Shake, Shimmy, & Sweat! Zumba is a high energy, calorie burning dance inspired fitness class. The class is a mix of low-intensity and high intensity moves, that includes cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Come dance with us! (limited to 15 students)
